- Send out the invitations as soon as possible

- Try to invite no more than 25 children, this will help everyone enjoy the party much more – children and grown-ups

- If you have balloons it is a good idea to tie them up and hand them out after the show

- Avoid putting whistles on tables, this will make the day much more relaxing for you

- Parents are more than welcome to watch the show but encourage them to be quiet in order to help their child get the most out of the show; or they can always enjoy a drink and a catch-up in a separate room.

- If there are toddlers, encourage parents to look after them throughout the party

- Sit back and enjoy the day
